No Migration Detected

Another night of SW winds as the frontal boundary approaches. Here’s the radar from sunset last night to about 8:30pm; just some noise, but no detectable migration.

The forecast still predicts the front moving to our east by tonight and high pressure building in behind it with a northwesterly wind flow. Assuming good numbers of birds are moving behind this front, we may experience a good birding day here in New Jersey come Sunday morning. Click here for the National Weather Service forecast.
