Little Migration Over NJ

The radar showed some activity after sunset, but most of it was likely non-biological data with only a little bit of migration. By checking the velocity plots it was evident that only a small amount of activity was moving south at speeds greater than the prevailing wind flow. With high pressure dominating our area and winds switching to the south, it is unlikely we will have any more big flights until this next cold front arrives sometime next week.

Below is the radar from sunset last night to sunrise this morning.
