It looks as if a cold front will pass over our area Friday night, possibly opening up the NE to some migration and setting up for a decent Saturday morning. Winds are predicted to switch from south to southwest, and eventually to north into Friday night, setting our area up for some southbound migration. So far the forecast shows no precipitation in the models, so it’s still unclear whether birds will be concentrated in any one place.
