		<description>Thank you Trudy and Steve. Yeah, seeing that bird for the first time was exhilarating to say the least. Then to couple that with the Boreal Owl in Central Park...to think that I&#039;ve seen these two before ever seeing Saw-whet or Long-eared is pretty funny (actually, it means I need to get my butt back outside). As for snowies, there was a recent report of one at Shark River, which I would think should be a good place to get close looks.

		<description>Great photo! Your photo is so close-up and detailed it makes the viewer feel as if they are there!  Great job.  I had seen the Snowy in Brigantine refuge two years ago but could never get that close to it.</description>
