Birds are on the move tonight all up and down the eastern seaboard- which is great, because it means diversity is on the way. Over New Jersey though migration appears to be minimal, as the easterly winds are blowing everything west, and the front that was predicted to move into our area tonight is looking to be stalled farther west than anticipated. I have a feeling that this will result in little influx for us in the morning. Seeing where the birds are when the rain arrives will be key in predicting the best birding locations, should the rain come before sunrise. I’ll post an update in the AM.
