		<description>new addition today at Duke Farms were 7 rough winged swallows, though these birds probably came in the night before last. Yesterday saw a new burst of Phoebes, a FOY Chipping Sparrow, and a slightly early Louisiana Waterthrush (only 3rd or 4th record for the property!)</description>
