  • Migration outlook for Saturday and Sunday

    This weekend the forecast is calling for strong winds out of the Northwest and West at all altitudes.   • Migration forecast

    No birds migrating tonight over most of the country, the exception being some minor movements along the south Texas gulf coast. We’ll have to wait until the winds cooperate before migration picks up again, which will most likely be Sunday night.

  • Nothing moving tonight

    Another night of unfavorable conditions. No migration evident on the radar tonight anywhere, except for some birds leaving Cuba for Florida. Otherwise migration is shut down across the country. You can check out the Key West radar in my post tomorrow morning on Badbirdz2.
